This is a Davenport locomotive, not a Porter

The 12-spoke drivers and overall appearance suggest it is a Davenport to me, roughly the size of the 21-ton models used by the Great Western Sugar Co.. This one sure needs some friends. A thorough cosmetic restoration would be a good project for a small group or even an individual. The cost would not be significant.
