This locomotive was supplied to Huta Ostrowiec (steelworks) as No. TKh-4015 and worked or was stored until being taken to the United Kingdom in 1993. By 1998 and after major repairs, it worked at Cholsey & Wallingford, Pontypool & Blaenavon, North Norfolk Railway and Avon Valley Railway, Bitton and it is currently active on the latter.

The former Polish Tkh 0-6-0T No. 4015 "Karel" is now back in service and has since returned home to the Avon Valley Railway at Bitton in Gloucestershire.

The Polish Tkh 0-6-0T No. 4015 "Karel" is in service at the Avon Valley Railway as its status should say its operational having been back in traffic since 2016.

The Polish Tkh 0-6-0T 4015 is now back in service and has returned back home to the Avon Valley Railway.

The Polish Tkh 0-6-0T 4015 has withdrawn and has been moved to the Flour Mill workshops in the Forest of Dean for overhaul. It should be back at the Aavon Valley in a few years time.
