The overhaul on ex War Department, Hunslet built Austerity 0-6-0ST (Works No. 3800) No. 200, is now in the final stages of completion, as the boiler, saddle tank and cab are all back on the frames and work is now underway on the pipework, valves and other fittings. When this is all done the locomotive will be ready to begin testing before entering service at the Colne Valley Railway this year.

No. 200 is under overhaul at the Colne Valley Railway as its boiler has been sent to the North Norfolk Railway s Weybourne workshops for repair.

Ex War Department No. 200, Kent & East Sussex Railway no. 24 at Tenterden, Kent in June 1978. At the time the loco was named 'William H Austen'. It has since been renamed 'Rolvenden'.
