Hi, You may know already, but there is a Markham product in Tasmania, a vertical boiler and is currently under restoration at the Tasmania Transport Museum in Hobart. I dont have its Builders No. but belived to be built in 1889. Its the only 3'-6" gauge locomotive built by this company.

I have an article on Markham locomotives published in "The Locomotive" February 15, 1946 page 20 which lists Markham locomotives built....the above is not listed.

No.109/1894 0-4-0ST 13"X20"cyls. Standard gauge, Named "Gladys" and currently owned by Staveley Coal & Iron Co.

So hope this helps..

Regards,

Robert Alexander, Melbourne, Australia
