the W&W has no plans to restore this loco because it is too small for their line

This engine is a "fireless cooker" and while not "operable" I doubt very little that it couldn't be if it had some minor work done to it. The railroad has little need to do so though and the most recent talk was to cosmetically restore the engine and put it on display either at Greenbank Station or up at the intersection of Rt's 2 & 41 as an advertisement. Still, the engine is tucked away on #1 track in the Marshallton Yard, out of sight and not photgraphable.
