ILFORD reports the loco was seen active at Zlatoust in May 2023.

Delivered to the Barnaul depot of the Tomsk Railway. 1957 - Transferred to the Altayskaya depot. 1961 - Transferred to the Belovo depot. Transferred to Topki depot 197x. Currently located at the Chelyabinsk-Glavny station
