There has been some more details about this locomotive being built from scratch at Threlkeld Quarry & Mining Museum. It is a replica of a Bagnall 0-4-0ST based on a 1900 built Bagnall named "Threlkeld" that was 2ft 4inch gauge that worked at Threlkeld Quarry. But this one is being built to 2ft gauge for use on their 2ft gauge railway and is likely to be named "Susan" when completed.
