Delivered to the Sverdlovsk Railway. Decommissioned in the late 1980s and sent to the Druzhinino reserve base. Restored in 2011 and placed as a monument in the Kushva depot 58.2833924782673, 59.72100325816164

Built by Lugansk in 1953, on display in July 2020.
