Hohenzollern 444 and 445 were delivered to Taiwan in February 1888. The Taiwanese wikipedia page on these locomotives suggests the survivor is in fact number 2, works number 445 and that 1, works number 444, was scrapped around 1924

TRA No 1 Hohenzollern 0-4-0T 445/1887 seems to be same angine as 1410/1887. Taipei New Park renamed 228 Memorial Park in 1996 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/228_Peace_Memorial_Park
