Yes it was in Ramsay Park.

As a child I played on this engine at a park in Watsinville CA. I have a few pictures with this engine in the background. Questions, Does anybody know what park it was in? Bob bschrempp@alumni.calply.edu

SP 2706 was moved from static display in Watsonville, CA the day of the 7.1 magnitude earthquake in October, 1989.

This locomotive is currently in pieces next to the Sierra Northern Railway diesel shop in Oakdale. I do not know the future plans for this locomotive.

engine sold to John Manley in 1999. engine was originally trucked to Oakland. It's now at Hunters Point, CA in pieces for restoration.
