Delivered to Depot Plzen, decommissioned in 1977 in Louny, 1977 to Ceská Trebová historical vehicle - open-air museum, 1983 purchase of Škoda Plzen for factory museum, 1990 purchase of Iron Mountain Club, 1993 boiler repair in Ceské Velenice, 1994 - 1996 repair in operational condition, 2012- 2013 boiler overhaul
