Delivered to depot Jihlava, 1967 Brno dolní, 1972 Olomouc, 1974 handed over to NTM – depot Celákovice, 1980 Nymburk repaired in exhibition-ready condition, 1993 Olomouc locomotive ready for operation after demanding repairs, 2008 not ready for operation Olomouc parked, 2013-2014 repair DHV Lužn from Rakovníka, Ready for operation in 2014 CD Muzeum Olomouc, ready for repair in 2020 – 2021, transfer to the Ceská Lípa depot in 2022
