Delivered to North Bohemian Mines Komorany mine / 1970 locomotive repair and transfer to the Žaclér mine / 1981 loaned to LD Trutnov as a heating locomotive / 1982 Nosek Tuchlovice mine, 1985 heating locomotive at JZD Slatina nad Zdobnicí / 1992 purchase by CSD - Letohrad depot, until 1996 in operation / 2009 Railway Museum Doudleby – Vamberk – Rokytnice (Orlické Hory = Eagle Mountains), 12/2019 Sale of the locomotive to the city of Rokytnice (in care of the Letohrad Railway Club)
