The letters CSR, or more correctly CSR, are just an hybrid interpretaion of the more correct CSD formed following WW1. Nothing to do with China!

Delivered to depot CSD Bohumín "556.0298", decommissioned in 1982 in Decín, 1982 Decín converted as heating locomotive K 817, 1998 to Lužná near Rakovník Note: Never been to China
