Originally delivered to the DRB as No. 52 5915 from 1943-1945, then sequestrated by the USSR for the SŽD as No. TE-5915 which worked until the early 1960s before going to the BDŽ in 1962 as No. 15.215 and which was placed in reserve during 1993. A decade later it became a museums-locomotive.

DRG number was 52.5915 NOT 50.5915!

15.215 is stopped in 2008 with 26.26. It had a big problems with boiler.The last attraction was Mezdra-Lakatnik on summer of 2008.
