This locomotive and others were photographed at the Battambang Railway Shed in December of 2018. We DO NOT have permission to use these photos and are unlikely to pay $45 each to use them. We have not been able to uncover any evidence that they have been moved from Battambang to Phnom Penh, other than the assertion below. This change will not be made until better information is available.
