Cylinders are 40 x 54 cm
Length is 8.80 metres.

This loco appears to be the one illustrated in the book "Inventario das locomotivas a vapor no Brasil" which has it as item 40. So it is Batalhão Ferroviario Mauá No. 1 RIO NEGRO. VIW 4252 1939. It is located in Araguari in Minas Gerais state.

It may duplicate the manufacturer and works number details of Bathallo Ferrovia No 3, but the loco illustrated is certainly not a Kerr Stuart product. Its appearance is of a typical US built loco. I will change the details and leave it on the website until we know more about it.
