Per the AOSR Facebook page, #3 has been restored to operating condition since October 2013.

#3 is currently under a tarp and looks to be runnable but needs paint.

Is this engine still operational? I mean, the OC hasn't operated it in forever, so it wouldn't be surprising if it wasn't.
