Something is wrong here. The engine at the Choo-Choo Holiday Inn. is Cincinnatti Southern #29. Look carefully at the photo and you can see the #29 on front. So this photo doesn't match the listed data. The nameplate on this engine at the Choo-Choo shows it to be Baldwin No. 41654 built in August 1914. I took photos of the Choo-Choo engine and will submit for an album.
A Google search for Baldwin No. 34964 gives turned up the following:
Engine identified as Baldwin 34964, built July 1910
(Originally Genesee & Wyoming #9; then Southern Iron and Equipment #1498; then Brooklyn Cooperage Co. #16, 1919; then BR & L; then Tennessee & North Carolina #206,1929; then Smokey Mountain #206; then Rebel Railroad #206 at Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.)

It's no longer Choo Choo Hilton... the Choo Choo is owned by
Holiday Inn. And the engine is now number 29.
