I bought this locomotive from Heckman in the mid 1990's and stored it at my farm near Wallingford, Iowa for a year or so. I sold it to Peter Barney for use on the Edaville RR at South Carver, Mass. It was stored at Pascoag, RI awaiting overhaul and conversion to a 2-4-4. Mr. Barneys attempt at reviving Edaville failed ( the Edaville Curse ! ). It is supposed to go to Rome ,New York for use on the two Foot RR along the Erie Canal, but not sure when. 11/18/05

This locomotive left the Black Hills Central around 1980, according to their roundhouse foreman. Efforts continue to determine where, exactly, it went.
