The locomotive was delivered in 600mm gauge, days before the start of WW2 to the Pioneer Test Site 1, Sperenberg des OKH As No. 75, shortly later it was HF191, later going to Mittersall, Austria. In 1945 it went to the nearby SKGLB and was regauged to 760mm. It was later re-re-gauged to 750mm gauge at the Jagstallbahn in 1986. Afterwards it worked from Putbus, Ruegen before moving back to Austria.

At the end of World War 2 this loco went to the Salzkammergut Lokalbahn in Austria where it was no. 22. It then passed to the Austrian Zillertalbahn where it was no. 4. In the early 1970s it was purchased by a German businessman who took to Germany. It is now working on the Rugensche Kleinbahn in Bergen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. At some stage it must have been converted from 760 to 750mm gauge. It is pictured here at Jenbach on the Zillertalbahn in September 1969. At the time the loco was named a "Castle Caereinon" because of the close links at the time with the preserved Welshpool & Llanfair 2ft 6 ins (760mm) gauge railway in Wales, UK.
