'Boxhill' on display in the Great Hall of the museum on 4th July 2023. For many years the loco was displayed in an annex of the museum used for school groups and maned 'Magician's Road'. Photography of the loco is possible once again!

Cab interior of the LBSCR class A1. Photo taken on 13th December 2025. Notice that it was built with left hand drive (Unusual for 1880 in the UK) and that it was allocated to a particular driver who probably loved as if it was one of his children!
