Detail of the firebox. This is one of Bagnall's specialities - a circular marine type firebox. Notice the access to the ashpan at the bottom of the photo, controlled by the three position lever on the right of the firebox.

The loco's nameplate and builder's plate. Note the date of the loco's construction - the Great War had ended in November 1918 with an armistice, and the name relates to this - very appropriate for a loco from the Ministry of munitions..
