Running in the parade of locomotives celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Liverpool & Manchester Railway in 1980.

In the cab, the screw reverser is prominent. The boiler backhead shows the injectors and the gauge glasses with a glimpse into the firebox.

Inpatient to depart from Bury Bolton Street station, 752 blows off on Sunday 8th March 2020.

Running with the fictitious number 51456 it departs from Bury Bolton Street station double heading with fellow L&Y loco 52322 on Sunday 8th March 2020.

Between the frames lie the eccentrics for the Stephenson Link valve gear. Recently completed overhaul sees them painted white.

Up front between the frames we see the expansion link and valve spindles as well as the slide bars from the inside cylinders.
