The smokebox and chimney of 'Prince George' on display at 'The Greatest Gathering' held at the Derby works of Alstom over three days from 1st to the 3rd August 2025. The event marked 200 years of the modern railway from the opening of the Stockton and Darlington Railway in 1825 right up o the present day. The display included historic and famous locomotives, steam, diesel and electric.
