At Medawachchiya on 24th February 2015. Interesting features of this Vulcan Foundry built loco are it's side tanks and tender, presumably to extend the range, and the tender which has one rigid axle and two further axles in a bogie (a bit like a 2-4-0 loco). This arrangement can be seen on some Australian locos too.

At Elephant pass on 24th February 2015. The tender arrangement of one rigid axle and two further axles in a bogie can be seen well in this photo.
