The Sir Nigel Gresley Locomotive Trust Ltd is a registered charity dedicated to the preservation and continued operation of the iconic LNER A4 Pacific Locomotive No. 4498 or 60007 "Sir Nigel Gresley" on the mainline and heritage railways since 1966.

The North Yorkshire Moors Railway provides some 18 miles of preserved steam railway running through the spectacular scenery of the North Yorkshire Moors. Its the base for No. 60007 "Sir Nigel Gresley" when she it not out on the mainline.
