If you are using a laptop or desktop computer, you'll want to click the Choose File button and select an image of the locomotive in question from your hard drive. If the image you chose contains the latitude and longitude where the photo was taken, a map will be proposed to the editors at that location. If you're using a mobile device, then you'll be offered the choice of uploading a photo from your Photo Library or of taking a photo to upload.
