Updating the five foot gauge

I received a listing of recent locomotive movements in countries with five foot gauge track from a contact. It's mainly former Soviet Union states. I'll be working through that over the coming days.

Editing increases my geographical knowledge by leaps and bounds!

Completed the changes - Nine locos relocated and seven locos with updated details.

Just received some more information mainly on Russia, but with some new details for Spain - the Iberian wide gauge. Should be adding them in the next few days.
