This locomotive, Class IVc No. 4154 was built for the KUK Heeresbahn (Austria-Hungarian Military Railway) for the Val Gardena line in the Dolomites during WWI and later adopted by the FS as No. R410.004. It was stored at Roma Smistamento depot prior to plinthed preservation.
