Originally delivered to Ferrovia delle Statio as their No. 5819; later No. 64019 and latterly No. 640.019 and first preserved privately in Bressana Bottarone, Pavia, Italy., later with an association for historic railways in Reggio Emilia. It now appears to be at Museo Piana Delle Orme, 04100 Latina, Lazio
