According to http://www.svenska-lok.se/damp_solo.php?s=19&lokid=4316 this locomotive was manufactured by Nydqvist & Holm AB - Bofors-Nohab AB, Trollhättan, Sweden in 1901, Works No. No. 591. Relocated 1947 from SJ K8 1551. Withdrawn in 1964. Borås 1968. 1970 to Jvm. Posted in Luffarparken in Borås. 2001 from Inovatum, Trollhättan to Borås. Borås (Åhaga) 2006-08 as BAJ 3

Clearly this loco is anything but derelict. A beautiful restoration and well displayed indoors to protect it from the elements.
