Contrary to the plate it bears, as personally witnessed, the locomotive is in fact Nydquist & Holm No. 249 of 1887 (please see ‘photo album) which was built for the Wicken Möckelns Railway (WMR). Later it went to the Nora Bergslags Railway (NBsJ) until finally owned by the Bredsjö Degersfor Railway (BDJ). It was taken out of service in 1956 and placed on open display at Nora Station.

According to the affixed construction plate, the builder was in fact Nydovist & Holm (later NoHAB) beaing the number 387 of 1887, rather than the quoted number of 249.
