NSWGR 3013 was originally numbered S648 becoming 3013 in 1924. It was sold to Coal & Allied Industries in January 1967 for use at Hebburn No2 Colliery at Weston until 1972. Moved to Hexham worked there until 1980, then in stored inside steam shed.

Went into preservation in 1982. Moved to Cowra depot, Lachan Valley Railway. Dismantled for overhaul but does not seem to have progressed beyond this. Gifted to ARHS (ACT division) in 2009 moving to Canberra railway museum.
