80151 is a the BR 'Standard' development of the LMS Stanier 2-6-4T. These class 4 tank locos were popular for suburban work and use on empty stock working at major termini. Its right that the Bluebell should have a representative of this class as they were a Brighton design and used in the South of England - often on empty stock from Waterloo.
