Its not this locomotive that was in the youtube video its NCB No. 21 from the National Mining Museum that was being unloaded for cosmetic restoration sorry. No. 17 is still at Prestongrange Mining Museum still.

A video posted on You Tube on June 6th 2019 showed the loco as it arrived at Bo'ness for cosmetic restoration. The restoration is sorely needed. When moving the loco, they had problems as the leading wheels refused to turn, a result of the many years since it last moved.
