This is one of three 381mm gauge locomotives built, in a unfortunate period, for Reichsausstellung Schaffendes Volk, Düsseldorf No. 3, that in 1939 went to Straßen & Vorortbahnen, Köln as Fleißiges Lieschen. Due to escalating local difficulties! it probably never ran her and, in 1950 surfaced at local venues in Köln, In 1972 it went to the RHDR in Kent, UK and re-named as given.
