The Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway’s 2-8-2 "River Esk" will be visiting the Whistlestop Valley Railway (Kirklees Light Railway) for their annual Gala weekend on the 9th and 10th of September 2023.

The Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway’s 2-8-2 "River Esk" will be visiting the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Railway for their Steam and Diesel Gala weekend on the 13th and 14th of May 2023.

After having a overhaul and a period running in "River Esk" will enter traffic again at the Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway on Friday 15th of June 2018.
