The ex Nassington Ironstone Quarry Hunslet built 0-6-0ST Works No. 1982 "Ring Haw" has now been relocated to the Flour Mill Works at Bream, Gloucestershire for her overhaul which is now underway there while the boiler is being overhauled at North Norfolk Engineering at Weybourne.

Its been announced that ex Nassington Ironstone Quarry Hunslet built 0-6-0ST Works No. 1982 "Ring Haw" will be moving to the Flour Mill Works at Bream, Gloucestershire for its contracted overhaul to be carried out by them for its owners the Midland and Great Northern Joint Railway Society, while the boiler will remain at the North Norfolk Railway for its overhaul by North Norfolk Engineering at Weybourne still. This is the most comprehensive and thorough overhaul the locomotive has ever undergone since coming into preservation and the Midland and Great Northern Joint Railway Society are still appealing for more funds to help with the overhaul which details can be found on their website and social media.

The ex Nassington Ironstone Quarry Hunslet built 0-6-0ST Works No. 1982 "Ring Haw" has had its boiler lifted from the main chassis of the locomotive so it can be overhauled in the boiler shops of North Norfolk Engineering at Weybourne. Meanwhile chassis of the locomotive it self will be moved to a specialist contractor to complete the overhaul which is hoped will be done by 2024.

Former Nassington Ironstone Quarry Hunslet built 0-6-0ST "Ring Haw" which has been a long time resident at the North Norfolk Railway has been sold to the Midland and Great Northern Joint Railway Society for a secure future with them and at the North Norfolk Railway. The locomotive is due to come out of service for its next 10 year overhaul.

After being on hire to the Spa Valley Railway during 2019 ex Nassington Ironstone Quarry Hunslet built 0-6-0ST "Ring Haw" has now returned home to the North Norfolk Railway.

Following its successful visit in 2017 former Nassington Ironstone Quarry Hunslet built 0-6-0ST "Ring Haw" is to visit the Spa Valley Railway at Royal Tunbridge Wells in Kent again from November 2018. Where it will be staying for the 2019 season there till January 2020.

"Ring Haw" has gone on hire to Peak Rail again as extra motive power for there Santa Specials over the Christmas season there till January 2018.

Former Nassington Ironstone Quarry Hunslet built 0-6-0ST "Ring Haw" has returned home to the North Norfolk Railway having been on loan to the Spa Valley Railway for most of the season there.

Former Nassington Ironstone Quarry Hunslet Ring Haw is currently visiting Peak Rail for there Santa Specials over Christmas. It will return to the North Norfolk Railway in the New Year.
