This engine has recently been purchased by the owner of Bear Rock Junction in order to work alongside the crown already there. Track there will be dual gauged.

I know this train was originally privately owned and had been sitting, out of operation, in the yard of a business man. Rumor has it, it was built as a sister to "Skooter" at Hershey Park just up the road. "The General" was purchased in 1988 and moved to City Island and opened as the "'Lil Grabber Railroad" in 1989 by Mike Trephan. The engine operates on steam generated by heat from a propane burning flame. The boiler pressure is kept between 150 - 170psi. The safety pops at 175psi. I'll have more information soon.
