This locomotive carries the whistle from the Admiral Joe Fowler, a second steamboat that used to run on the rivers of america when the park first opened.

Loco #4 does not have a bad frame, #2, Lilly Belle, the 2-6-0 has the bad frame. The Roy O. Disney, #4, the 4-4-0 has a fine frame and is used on trains, where as Lilly Belle just brings out the original car and delivers Mickey to the station, FRAME IS FINE AS FAR AS WE CURRENTLY KNOW!

What a surprise when the rebuild crew tore down UdeY No. 251 that would become No. 4. It turn out that the unfortunate engine's frame is broken in half.

This problem is cause by a repeated use on maximum tonaged trains. Frame problems, especially, are very hard to deal with as the frame's near-perfection is crucial to bearings running cool and lasting while.

There was a fifth steam locomotive UdeY No. 52 also purchased. She was on a pedestal in a park. Being the oldest of the five there was too many problems to rebuild and was scrapped. I think it was frame problems and brittle metal that doomed her, but not sure.
