The locomotive was delivered new to Riese Sugar Factory, Stalburg (prior to WWW2, the capital of Lolland, Denmark). The plinth, in Czechia for some years is on the far side of the railway station from the main town and adjacent to the entrance of the CD depot.

I have this as a 0-6-0WT (though the image does not effectively show this!) and the builder is probably Krauss (München).
