This locomotive was a welcome addition to the far-east PKP fleet in Zurawica when delivered from the factory. It spent eight years, from October 1963, later at Skierniewice, before moving due west to Rzepin for more than a decade, in 1976. It was withdrawn from service at the very end of 1987, at Kostrzyn depot before being placed in a small garden at the entrance to Szczecin Port Centralny depot, before reaching Wolsztyn in July 2011. After a decade it went to store at nearby Powodowa, a small village station with adjacent sidings a few km distance to the west of Wolsztyn, before returning just a year later during 2012 for another three years. It again went to Powodowa in 2015 but was moved yet again, on this occasion to Poznan where it was plinthed outside the Inea Stadium, ul. Bulgarska 17, 60-320 Poznan, Greater Poland
