Dale W Fickés reports:

Px48-3910 was originally delivered as 750 mm gauge No. Px48-1763 to Krosniewice in early 1953 and served here and in Wloclaw for a decade before it was converted, at ZNTK Nowy Sacz, to Metre gauge and sent to Gryfice, working here and at Insko before being withdrawn in 1990. It was then displayed as a plinth outside the Fablok factory, Chrzanów in 1990 (where built). In 2014 it was taken on a 20-year loan from the Warsaw Railway Museum and displayed outside the locomotive depot of Koszalin Narrow Gauge Railway (TKKW), Lechicka 54g, 75-108 Koszalin, West Pomorania

By 24 August 2015 the locomotive was to be found outside the rather derelict depot, next to the turntable at Koszalin Wask depot. It is worth noting that the locomotive was formerly (until 1958) 1000m gauge with running No. Px48-1763.

The primary photograph features this locomotive outside the Feliksa Dzierzynskiego Workshops, (formerly Fablok), Chrzanów in 2012. Two years later it was moved from Chrzanów direct to the lokomotywownia Koszalinskiej Kolei Waskotorowej (Koszalin narrow gauge railway) on a 20 year loan from Warszawa Railway Museum, the State operator (and/or owner) of the out-stationed Sochachew railway museum and associated 750 mm line that runs from from Sochaczew Wask to Wilcze Tulowskie).
