Tkh49-11 was delivered straight to the Warta Cement Plant, Dzialoszyn in Lódz Voivodeship. Four years later, in 1965, it was at Chodakowskie Zaklady Fibers, Masovia and was still there a decade later. By April 1999 it was in a derelict state outside the PKP depot in Tczew awaiting restoration. In 2002 it was plinthed, falsely as PKP No. TKh49-11,in the PKP Dworzec, Pomorska 18, 83-110 Tczew, Pomerania

This loco is TKh.5699, but carries TKh49-11 plates.
