South African Railways 129 is a 2 foot gauge loco from South Africa that operated on the Port Shepstone to Harding line. The South African Railway ran the line from 1911 to 1986 when it leased the line to Alfred County Railway which went bankrupt in 2004. 129 was shipped to Australia in 1996. The ACR on the coal bunker would be from the Alfred County Railway days. The loco has been totally dismantled. It is also being re-gauged to 2 foot 6 inches for operating on the Puffing Billy railway.
