In addition to Russell's note, his photo from 2023 which is our current Primary Photo shows the deterioration of the loco and, presumably what a lack of a buyer can mean. A large 5 foot gauge loco in a standard gauge country has a limited appeal.

The ex Finnish 5ft gauge pacific No. 1008 which is currently at Ongar station on the Epping Ongar Railway is up for sale to go to a good home.
