Like a contemporary No. 12709/1935, this was actually built to 610mm gauge.

Aparrently the Lonely Mine Co. was only the intermediary for Rhodesia Native Timber and was their No. 5. It then went to the Gweru & District Light Railway, Zimbabwe before, in 2005, being acquired by Peter Nott in the USA and where it was in 2012.

Named "Buckeye", now owned by Peter Nott. Last report has this locomotive under restoration with others at Carson, California.
