Originally Vascongados, Ponferrada & Villablino Railway No. 51, later 151 that after 1961 became MSP No. 17, the number it retains whilst in the ‘care’ of the local museum!

Photos are available of the site where this loco and several others are dumped, but identification is next best thing to impossible.

This is one of the Engarth type locos that operated on the Ponferrada - Villablino line.
