The locomotive was originally Vascongados, Ponferrada & Villablino Railway No. 51, later 152. From 1961 became MSP No. 17 but is now under the museum (Ponferrada) books as No. 18.

Photos are available of the site where this loco and several others are dumped, but identification is next best thing to impossible.
